Itinerary

Day 1 - Istanbul Sultanahmet Walking Tour

Your day begins as your guide meets you at the hotel lobby between 08:30 – 09:00 am. A short walk brings you into the heart of Istanbul’s Old City, where centuries of history await.

The first stop is the Hagia Sophia, a masterpiece that has witnessed the rise and fall of empires. Inside, golden mosaics and soaring domes tell stories of both Byzantine emperors and Ottoman sultans. Just steps away, the elegant Blue Mosque welcomes you with its shimmering İznik tiles and tranquil atmosphere.

As you continue, you’ll arrive at the Hippodrome, once the center of Constantinople’s public life. Here, ancient monuments such as the Egyptian Obelisk and the German Fountain still stand as silent witnesses of imperial celebrations and fierce chariot races.

After a leisurely break, the tour leads you to the Grand Bazaar — a labyrinth of more than 4,000 shops where colors, scents, and voices fill the air. From handwoven carpets to glittering jewelry and fragrant spices, it’s the perfect place to experience Istanbul’s vibrant soul.

In the late afternoon, your guide will escort you back to your hotel, carrying with you not only souvenirs but also the spirit of a city where East meets West.
